Trade program

At the heart of our atelier lies a commitment to precision, legacy, and the quiet artistry of mica. This program is designed for those who understand the language of surfaces, the weight of intention in design, and the necessity of materials that transcend trends. It is for visionaries who see not just a wall, but a canvas for history, light, and the subtle shimmer of something rare.

Who May Partake

Eligibility is reserved for a select circle: designers, architects, and contractors whose work embodies a dedication to materiality and craftsmanship. These are professionals who seek not only to adorn spaces but to imbue them with a sense of timelessness, where the interplay of light and mica becomes a silent dialogue between past and present. Verification is conducted with discretion, ensuring alignment with our ethos of exclusivity and excellence.

Memo Samples: A Curated Invitation

Access to our collection begins with a discreet request for memo samples. These are not mere swatches, but carefully selected fragments of our rolls, each accompanied by a detailed dossier outlining the material’s properties, applications, and the atelier’s philosophy. Samples are dispatched within five business days, delivered in unmarked packaging to preserve the element of surprise. They are intended for evaluation in situ, where the nuances of mica—its iridescence, depth, and responsiveness to light—can be fully appreciated.

Lead Times and Terms

Once a selection is confirmed, lead times for standard rolls range from four to six weeks, allowing for the meticulous handcrafting that defines our work. For those requiring urgency, expedited options are available upon request, subject to availability. All trade inquiries qualify for NET-30 terms, a reflection of our trust in the integrity of our partners and the value of long-term collaboration.

Custom-Print Availability

While our atelier adheres to a philosophy of curation, we recognize the necessity of bespoke solutions. Custom-print options are facilitated through our parent house, Designer Wallcoverings, which has served the design trade since 1996. This partnership ensures access to a breadth of resources, enabling the translation of unique visions into tangible, mica-infused realities. The process is guided by our team, ensuring that every detail—from scale to finish—aligns with the atelier’s standards of refinement.

The Legacy of Designer Wallcoverings

Since 1996, Designer Wallcoverings has stood as a bastion of material expertise, supplying the design world with samples, insights, and an unwavering commitment to quality. As a curated extension of this legacy, our atelier benefits from decades of accumulated knowledge, an extensive archive of finishes, and the presence of a dedicated human touch. This relationship is not merely logistical—it is a continuation of a narrative that values depth, authenticity, and the quiet confidence of materials that endure.

In this program, we do not offer a product. We offer a dialogue. One that begins with the first memo sample and continues through the life of every roll that finds its place in a space, a story, or a moment that demands to be remembered.
